Baan Tepa
About This Experience
Baan Tepa is built around a simple, hard-to-execute idea: cook a high-end seven-course tasting menu using only Thai ingredients, much of it grown or fermented on site. The setting is the Debhakam family home, a 1980s house that Chef Tam has converted into a kitchen, garden and dining space called Tepa.
The menu rotates with the harvest. A signature dish might be a hand-rolled khanom jeen with seasonal river fish, or a charcoal-grilled vegetable course pulled from beds you can see from your seat. Tam trained at Quintonil and runs one of the most sustainability-serious kitchens in the city: composting, no-waste fermentation, and zero air-freighted protein.
Only forty seats per night, three seatings, no walk-ins. Two MICHELIN stars retained in 2026.
Why It's Special
