Chim by Siam Wisdom
About This Experience
Chim by Siam Wisdom is the senior project of Chef Noom (Thanintorn Chantharawan), who has spent years researching dishes from the Rattanakosin period — the era of early 19th-century Bangkok. The setting matches the project: a 100-year-old house off Soi Ongkharak 13, with a secluded garden you walk through on the way in.
Menus are presented as themed sets that reference particular reigns or palace cooking traditions; the current 'Bicentennial Celebration Menu' running through early 2026 marks the 200-year anniversary of Bangkok with dishes pulled from period sources. Plating is composed and theatrical without falling into kitsch.
One MICHELIN star, retained in the 2026 guide.
