HAOMA
About This Experience
HAOMA is built around DK Khosla's commitment to closed-loop dining. The site at Sukhumvit 31 includes a working aquaponic farm that grows herbs, leaves and a portion of the vegetables that hit the menu, and a strict zero-waste protocol governs the rest of the supply chain.
The cuisine is Neo-Indian: a tasting menu that travels regions across the subcontinent but expressed through technique-forward modern plating, with consistently strong vegetarian options (including a full vegetarian tasting). DK was named a Worlds 50 Best Champions of Change in 2021 for the kitchen's pandemic-era community work.
One MICHELIN star, retained in the 2026 guide.
