Mezzaluna

Bangkok, Bangkok

About This Experience

Mezzaluna is the second of lebua's two-star kitchens and arguably the more theatrical. The dome-ceilinged dining room sits 65 floors up, with the river bending below and a long open kitchen at the centre.

Chef Ryuki Kawasaki, a Tokyo-born veteran of Joël Robuchon and Pierre Gagnaire, runs an eight-course modern European tasting that leans Japanese in precision and seasonality: Hokkaido uni with caviar, Bresse pigeon, foie gras XO, line-caught Mediterranean fish flown in twice a week. The pairings draw from one of Asia's largest cellars.

It is the rare Bangkok room where the food, the room, the view and the service are all operating at the same elevated level.

Why It's Special

Two Michelin stars, 65 floors up, under a glass dome with a Tokyo-trained French-trained chef cooking some of the most precise food in the city.
