Saneh Jaan
About This Experience
Saneh Jaan ('charming heart') is an attempt to bring full classical Thai dining back into the modern fine-dining conversation. The room references King Rama V the Great's era — dark woods, Thai architectural prints, low lighting — and the menu is built almost entirely from royal- and central-region recipes, executed without dilution.
The restaurant is firm about its identity: severe allergies are explicitly hard to accommodate because the kitchen leans on shrimp paste, fish sauce and coconut milk as foundational elements, and they are not going to change them. That confidence is part of why Saneh Jaan keeps its star year after year.
One MICHELIN star, retained in the 2026 guide.
