Sushi Saito Bangkok
About This Experience
Sushi Saito's flagship in Tokyo is one of the most sought-after omakase counters in the world. The Bangkok outpost, on the riverside campus of Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya, is the only Sushi Saito outside Japan and Hong Kong.
The counter team is trained directly in Saito's house style: rice tempered to body temperature, sharper-than-typical akazu vinegar seasoning, and otsumami starters that change with what flies in from Toyosu several times a week. Lunch tends to focus on the nigiri sequence, while dinner adds longer otsumami progressions.
The room is small (counter-only, around twelve seats per service) and the lunch and dinner sittings are tightly time-blocked. One MICHELIN star.
Why It's Special
The only Sushi Saito-trained counter in Thailand, with fish flown from Toyosu several times a week — the highest-clearance edomae omakase in Bangkok.
